About the Item

A square abstract in warm earth and jewel tones: a gold-leaf-like ochre panel at the left, a deep cobalt disc segment, a scarlet wedge and a pale sage horizontal band that cuts across the centre. A large dark aubergine orb sits low right of centre, weighted against a yellow ground scratched with fine incised lines. The surface reads as scumbled and abraded, with pencil and charcoal linework, faded grid marks and drips left visible - a worked, layered, almost frescoed appearance rather than a smooth one. Medium: mixed media or fine-art giclee print on paper, hand-signed in pencil. Signed lower right, in graphite on the image surface, reading "Rachel Warnick". Condition: glazing shows strong ceiling-light reflections in all shots; no damage visible through the glass.
